Marlowe Evans is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of New Brunswick. Originally from British Columbia, she works as a columnist for the newspaper in her hometown of Maple Ridge, and is also a reporter for The Brunswickan, UNB’s student publication. Marlowe has a vested interest in journalism, agriculture, history, and modern political systems, as well as the relationships between those things and the ancient world. When she’s not studying, Marlowe enjoys exploring, late nights walks by the river, and painting.

Gaia is currently in their second year of Mathematics-Physics and Computer Science. Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, they volunteer as the head of the UNB Debate Club, and as a radio show host for The Public Debate on CHSR 97.9 FM. While focused on the hard sciences, Gaia has a passion for politics, history, and philosophy, and uses these interests to advance the debate club and work towards forming other clubs on campus. In their free time, Gaia enjoys playing video games, listening to music, or participating in events on campus.
