Host: Acadia University
The 38th Atlantic Universities Physics and Astronomy Conference (AUPAC) is being held from February 1st to 3rd next year. This conference is being organized by student volunteers at Acadia University with assistance from Science Atlantic.
AUPAC is a conference that empowers undergraduate students. The bulk of the conference is giving opportunity to undergraduate students to present their research to their peers and academic faculty. Other features of the conference are: Guest Lecturers, a formal banquet, the return of “AUPAC Cup” (a friendly skills based competition), on location meals, and the opportunity to network with graduate programs from across the country. The planning team has sent invites to every departmental member of the Canadian Association of Physics with a graduate studies department to attend this year.
