Eilish Keaveney is in her final year at the University of New Brunswick, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Honours in Human Resources Management. Eilish has a variety of interests in the human resources field, including recruitment, training, and diversity, equity and inclusion research. Career Connect sessions and workshops within the P2P program allowed Eilish to broaden her perspective on the opportunities available to her after graduation. The skills she gained this summer have increased her confidence in entering an increasingly data-driven field where people analytics are vital. Communicating with coworkers across provinces and time zones has given Eilish a new understanding of the importance of honing digital communication skills in the modern workplace.
