Our research follows two primary paths. The first path addresses relationship onset and maintenance, and includes studies of attraction, infidelity, monogamy, and breakups, as well as the impact of new digital technologies on intimate exchange. The second path addresses sexual health broadly defined and incorporates a range of studies examining sexual risk behavior, sexual coercion, access to sexual health services, and the provision of confidential care. A primary focus of all this work has been on the relationships, behaviors, and contexts of adolescents and young adults.
